Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Independent handling of day-to-day HR tasks – from onboarding to offboarding
- Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters
- Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Assisting with payroll preparation
- Planning and conducting onboarding sessions that promote a positive employee experience
- Supporting HR projects, especially in areas such as digitalization and automation
- Maintaining and administering time-tracking systems
- Preparing and analyzing reports and statistics to support data-driven decisions
- Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and HR tools to enhance employee experience and team efficiency
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in HR (e.g., HR specialist), and at least 3 years of experience in operational HR
- Basic knowledge of social security, payroll tax, and labor law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HR software (e.g., ATOSS or HANSALOG) is a plus
- Good command of German and English; comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Reliable and responsible, with a willingness to work in an open, feedback-oriented culture
- Interest in digital tools and a motivation to contribute to process improvements
