We are looking for you to join our team in the IT Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a SAP Consultant Order to Cash (m/f/d)  as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Configure and customize the SAP SD module with a focus on retail-specific scenarios
  • Manage full sales order process: order entry, pricing, availability check, delivery, billing, and credit management
  • Support real-time integration between SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA for sales and inventory visibility
  • Manage and monitor POS data flows (inbound/outbound) using SAP CAR
  • Support e-commerce processes for omnichannel and web shop operations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP SD solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP SD and retail environments
  • Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects
  • Create functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, Retail, ABAP) to design and enhance solutions
  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide end-user training and support in SD and Retail processes
    • What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • SAP SD certification is a plus
  • 3–4 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant with at least one end-to-end implementation or rollout project
  • Strong knowledge of core SD processes: sales, pricing, shipping, billing, returns
  • Hands-on experience with retail processes (preferably SAP IS-Retail)
  • Familiarity with IDOCs, batch jobs, and integration with external systems like POS
  • Solid understanding of SAP master data: customer master, material master, condition records
  • Experience with SAP Fiori or S/4HANA SD features is advantageous
  • Ability to create and validate functional specifications for ABAP development
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with business teams
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP CAR, especially POS and Inventory Visibility
  • Familiarity with SAP CAR–S/4HANA integration for retail processes
  • Analytical mindset and structured, independent working style
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
