We are looking for you to join our Office Management team at our headquarters in Idstein at the earliest possible date as a Coordinator Office Management (m/f/d). From summer 2026, our location will relocate to Eschborn, and your future place of work will therefore be Eschborn from that time onwards.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Ensuring a professional reception and a service‑oriented approach towards guests and employees
  • Managing the telephone system efficiently and handling incoming inquiries
  • Independently organising and coordinating business travel, as well as hotel and event contingents
  • Planning, organising and operationally implementing internal events and meetings
  • Coordinating catering services, including liaising with and managing external service providers
  • Taking responsibility for small administrative projects within the scope of office management
  • Carefully reviewing, allocating and processing invoices
  • Ensuring a structured, smooth and reliable day‑to‑day office operation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail as well as general administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and updating overviews, lists and organisational documents
  • Providing substitution and cover within the Office Management team during absences
What you bring:
  • Experience in a service‑oriented role (e.g. reception, office management, hospitality)
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • A strong service mindset
  • A high sense of responsibility and absolute reliability
  • A friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
  • The ability to remain calm and maintain oversight even in stressful situations
  • Team spirit, flexibility and a hands‑on mentality, with a willingness to support wherever needed
