We are looking for you to join our team in the DACH Sales Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a DACH Sales Manager (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Ensuring revenue growth according to targets with defined customers.
  • Management of an own customer base from the sports, outdoor, fashion, kids, shoe, and leather goods retail trade (summarized as Wholesale Customer).
  • Regular business analysis of focus customers.
  • Presentation and sale of the JW collection in all divisions (preparation of the presentation, processing of sales figures for the respective selling season, elaboration of an assortment proposal, and associated showroom work such as module presentation, merchandising, labeling of samples, representation of individual theme areas).
  • Review and transmission of incoming orders.
  • Monthly exchange of figures with contact persons of the flagship retailers and the focus customers.
  • Regular reporting.
  • Regular controlling of call-off orders with the internal sales back office, provided these have been granted by the Head of Sales Field D,A,CH.
  • Independent territory organization and appointment scheduling.
  • Creation of training materials.
  • Training of the customers' sales staff.
  • Planning, organization, and implementation of sales promotion activities in cooperation with the specialist retail trade at the P.O.S.
  • Regular customer/store visits.
  • Close internal cooperation with the respective customer service representative JW Sales.
  • Participation in trade fairs e.g. ISPO, OUTDOOR, etc.
  • Participation in seasonal order fairs such as purchasing fairs of Intersport D or Sport 2000 D, etc.
  • Responsibility for the sample collection in the showroom.
What you bring:
  • Commercial training or comparable studies.
  • At least 2 years of DACH Sales Manager
  • Business knowledge.
  • Service mentality.
  • Sales skills.
  • Organized and absolutely reliable.
  • Confident and clear in communication.
